As a Manufacturing Technician on the Top Drawer team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings, assembly instructions, and parts lists to build high-quality components.
  • Preparing, packing, and palletizing products accurately for secure shipping.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe workstation and following priority reports to manage sequence and urgency.
  • Communicating effectively with teammates and leadership to hit daily production goals.

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced assembly or manufacturing environment.
  • Skills:  Strong attention to detail, excellent work ethic, and the ability to deliver accurate results on a timeline.
  • Requirements: Ability to pass a standard background check; ability to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Safety Gear: Protective footwear (composite/steel toe) is required. (Top Drawer provides a $175 safety shoe voucher after 90 days!)
