As a Maintenance Technician on the Top Drawer team, a typical day for you will include:
- Providing expertise, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, electronic components and pneumatic systems
- Providing maintenance strategy to proactively increase asset availability, reduce downtime, and lower maintenance cost by addressing the root cause of asset failure before significant problems occur
- Overseeing pre-PM’s and Knitting/Staging activities to be thorough, effective and efficient to promote successfully planned maintenance downtimes
- Conducting routine audits of maintenance execution work to review GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) adherence, completeness, work order accuracy, time allotment and sponsor/promote 5S housekeeping
- Managing maintenance inventory (critical spare parts) by adjusting minimum/maximum levels appropriately, maintaining all items, and reducing inventory when possible

(Required qualifications)
- Experience: 3-5 years of maintenance experience. Prior experience working with the following is REQUIRED: single phase and 3 phrase electricity up to 480V, low voltage (DC voltage), pneumatic machinery/tools, pneumatic and electrical schematic
- Skills: Working knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, mechanical, electrical, plant equipment, PLC programming and HVAC; knowledge of computerized maintenance management system; knowledge and experience with Lock Out Tag Out; basic understanding of disconnects, contactors, relays and power supplies; understanding of Ohms Laws and the functionality of a Digital Voltmeter; ability to pass a background check per applicable state laws
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Physical requirements: Must be able to lift minimum of 50 pounds. Ability to work in an environment where associate will be exposed to manufacturing elements, dust collectors at different heights, and exposure to indoor and outdoor conditions
