As an eCommerce Coordinator on the Top Drawer/ShelfGenie team, a typical day for you will include:
● Marketing relevant products across all digital platforms, including posting Amazon product listings via the Top Drawer eCommerce storefront
● Managing content for each product, including details, listing photos, pricing, and product attributes
● Conducting regular audits of product listing content, pricing, and categorization to identity and fix any errors or inconsistencies
● Monitoring and reporting on marketplace performance, user engagement metrics, ratings, and reviews, and conversion metrics to identify optimization opportunities
● Coordinating the shipping logistics of products, ensuring that product is properly packaged, shipped, and in sellable condition

(Required qualifications)
- Experience: Prior experience in eCommerce and data entry required, digital marketing experience a plus
- Skills: Strong understanding of technology and the digital marketplace landscape; excellent computer and data entry skills; ability to complete eCommerce marketing, fufillment, shipping and inventory tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; exceptional time management and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
- Education: High school diploma/GED
- Physical requirements: Able to lift minimum of 25 pounds
