As an Accounting Specialist on the Top Drawer/ShelfGenie team, a typical day for you will include:
? Supporting the accounting team through accurate and timely processing of data within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and other systems
? Accurately and efficiently completing monetary transactions such as wire transfers, Automated Clearing House (ACH), Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) and checks
? Successfully operating financial systems and software to support accounts payable/receivable activities
? Coordinating with Accounting Manager and/or Operations to research and resolve claims of outstanding invoices and unresolved expense reports
? Providing excellent customer service by building, supporting, and maintaining relationships with various levels of team members and management within the Neighborly brand

(Required qualifications)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting and/or accounts payable/receivable
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, thorough accuracy, effective written and verbal communication skills, deadline driven, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work well with numbers and data
- Education: High school diploma/GED
- Physical requirements: Able to lift minimum of 25 pounds

- Competitive Pay: $23 per hour- $25 per hour

- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM- 4 PM (hours during training will be 6 AM-4:30 PM, Mon-Thurs)
